The version of this claim available at the time of writing traced back to an Iryo Network case-study summary rather than a release from Slovenia’s Ministry of Health or NIJZ (the National Institute of Public Health).

This citation is flagged, not confirmed. The underlying claim is plausible and consistent with openEHR’s broader adoption pattern in Central/Eastern Europe, but a primary Slovenian government source has not been located.
