Norway's DIPS Arena and Helse Vest's openEHR investment

Source for DIPS Arena's openEHR foundations and cumulative regional health authority investment since 2013.

Norway’s DIPS Arena, adopted by Helse Vest and other regional health authorities following a 2007 tender, is built on openEHR foundations. Symposium material presenting the Norwegian deployment reports cumulative investment above NOK 1.3 billion since 2013 across the regional health authorities involved. This is a live, in-production regional deployment rather than a pilot, and is one of the stronger non-Canadian precedents for openEHR operating at hospital scale.
