Norway’s DIPS Arena, adopted by Helse Vest and other regional health authorities following a 2007 tender, is built on openEHR foundations. Symposium material presenting the Norwegian deployment reports cumulative investment above NOK 1.3 billion since 2013 across the regional health authorities involved. This is a live, in-production regional deployment rather than a pilot, and is one of the stronger non-Canadian precedents for openEHR operating at hospital scale.
