OneLondon's openEHR-based shared care record

Source for the London Care Record, built on Better's openEHR-based clinical data repository.

The London Care Record, run under the OneLondon program, is built on an openEHR-based clinical data repository supplied by the vendor Better. OneLondon’s own materials report more than 100 million recorded “moments of care” supported since the record’s 2020 launch, across a population footprint of roughly ten million Londoners. This is a live, current shared-care record in a major metropolitan health system — a useful comparator for what an openEHR-based longitudinal record can look like at population scale, distinct from a single hospital’s inpatient system.
